Chequamegon Pride is an LGBTQIA2+ community group along the shores of Lake Superior in Wisconsin’s northwoods.

We build relationships and create a queer-friendly community where everyone is welcome and seen as valid. We work to cultivate a brave space that is welcoming for peers and allies, and stand against systemic racism and gender oppression. We are here to offer peer support, mentorship, a place to share in activism and advocacy, and to raise awareness about the social issues that impact all of us, no matter who we love, what we look like, or how we present.

We assembled in May 2021 to embark on our journey to build community for queer people in our region.
